Perform an ob/gyn history as part of the general medical history, including: chief complaint, present illness, menstrual history, obstetrical history, gynecologic history, contraceptive history, sexual history, family history, and social history.
Interact with patient in order to gain her confidence and cooperation to assure comfort and modesty, and to develop an understanding of age, race culture and SES on her health.
Communicate results of the ob/gyn and general medical history in a well-organized written and oral report.
