Sam Ballock is a 46 year old man brought to the emergency room by his friend after falling while getting out of bed. Sam lives in a rooming house in the inner city core. The previous night he and his friend were out drinking as usual at the local bar. Sam in particular was drinking more heavily than usual and had to be assisted home and placed into bed. On the following morning he attempted to get up and go to the washroom but kept falling down. His friend and a couple of other buddies managed to get him into a taxi and to the hospital. Sam is thin and unkempt. His vitals are normal.
