After completing this session, students will have discussed some of the themes identified in their Intro to Medicine final professionalism assignment. RPP requirements will have been discussed briefly. The groups will have spent time assessing how their group is functioning and making any necessary changes to optimize the learning environment. Students and LFs will have provided each other with individual feedback as well.
