Richard Strang returns 1 year later with a swollen left ankle which he has had for 2 weeks. He has been taking some leftover naproxen his brother had for gout. He has had several flare-ups in the big toe, other ankle and right knee. The naproxen seemed to work fine until this time, even though he doubled the recommended dose.
