Tutorial
Takumi Ito is a 27 year old medical resident who has always been active and exercised regularly either by jogging or swimming for at least 45 minutes daily, prior to starting his residency rotation. In the past 12 months due to long working hours, he has not been able to exercise at all. On his next holiday which is due in 4 months he is planning to hike the Inca trail in Peru. With this in mind, he is wary of his poor level of physical fitness and the increased stress on his body that will be posed by the high altitude. He is determined to get fit and has started back jogging.
