PC Session
This session will provide you with the opportunity to talk with a person living with chronic illness. The number of people living with a chronic or lifelong condition is growing rapidly due to our aging population and the greater longevity of people who suffer with chronic illness. Our health care system functions well for the individual suffering from acute illness, but less well for the person suffering from chronic illness.
