At the end of the session, the student will be able to: Describe why and when clinicians should conduct end-of-life conversations. Explain the rationale for use of the terminology “allow natural death”. Outline strategies/steps in conducting effective conversations about end-of-life. Demonstrate communication skills in conducting end-of-life discussions with patients/families.
